SPECTRUM OF CT FINDINGS IN POSTERIOR MEDIASTINAL MASSES. -

Mediastinal masses can be encountered on imaging in many patients whether symptomatic or asymptomatic. Location and characterization of lesion is important for the differential diagnosis of mass. Computed tomography is the modality of choice for the evaluation of mediastinal masses.
